We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges as our products are on a Pre order bases.
