Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre ordered items will be shipped 14 days after the pre order closing period.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Providers

We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders, such as:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- DHL (for international orders)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to track your order directly with the courier.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- High demand periods (e.g. holidays)

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:
- You may be required to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
